We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (collectively, the “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted for fulfillment.

We process orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment, we may be unable to cancel or modify it.

Submitting a cancellation or modification request does not guarantee that the request can be completed.

If an order can no longer be canceled, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If we cancel or materially change an order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the email address, billing information, or telephone number provided with the order.

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved returns require prior authorization and a valid Return Authorization Code. Merchandise returned without authorization or contrary to the provided return instructions may not qualify for a refund.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

The price charged will generally be the price displayed when the order is submitted and reflected in the applicable order confirmation.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout where required.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, discount, inventory, or other errors.

If a material pricing or listing error affects an order, we may cancel the affected order and refund amounts paid for the canceled item or order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, contact, and shipping information.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order and that the payment information provided is accurate.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping and delivery dates displayed on our website, checkout pages, order confirmations, or other communications are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery times are not guaranteed.

Orders may be shipped in one or multiple packages, and items from the same order may arrive separately.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, natural disasters, address problems, or other unforeseen events.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or another customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Any responsibility for lost or damaged shipments will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our posted policies.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must contact us before returning merchandise.

Submitting a return request does not automatically mean the return has been approved.

If a return is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Code, the appropriate return address, and return instructions.

Do not send merchandise back to the address appearing on the original shipping package unless specifically instructed to do so.

Returns sent without authorization, without a valid Return Authorization Code, to an incorrect or unauthorized address, or contrary to the provided instructions may be refused and may not qualify for a refund.

For change-of-mind and other customer-initiated returns, original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as further described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds are subject to inspection of the returned merchandise and the requirements stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
