Shipping policy

Tableau Luxe ships within the contiguous United States (48 contiguous states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

USA (contiguous 48 states): 3 to 8 business days (tracking available)

PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME Please note that processing time (3–5 business days) is separate from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 4–6 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics, and sent to the carrier).

After your order has been processed, our shipping carrier will pick up your package. An email with your tracking information will be sent to you once available.

Processing times may occasionally take longer than expected during busy periods such as holidays or promotions. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding and patience during such times.

DELAYED DELIVERY In rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated timeframe. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times or unexpected delays that may occur en route. We ask for your understanding and patience should this occur. If there are no tracking updates for more than 30–60 business days, we will ship out a replacement package.

This may especially apply during the holiday season (November–December), during promotions, or other high-volume periods.

CANCELLING AN ORDER Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us at info@tableauluxe.com as soon as possible. Cancellation requests submitted within 30 minutes of placing your order, before processing begins, are subject to a $20 transaction fee per order.

If we confirm that your order has already been processed, cancellation will not be possible.
